He went the extra mile to contact other Realtors that sold multi-dwelling locations, sending all of the information to them, just in case they had someone that might be a prospective buyer. The property sold within a day of it hitting multiple listing, and there was also a backup buyer waiting. Ron was very professional and helpful during the negotiation process! There were a few glitches along the way, but he always knew people to contact to keep things going smoothly.
