For the past 45 years, Ron Minegar has helped hundreds of families buy or sell property in the Treasure Valley. He has served as a mentor and resource for countless real estate agents during his tenure as a veteran agent, creating training programs and coaching others on the standards and ethics of real estate, all the while maintaining an open-door policy for clients and constituents. Consistently putting his clients first to make certain those he works for maximize their investment, Ron works tirelessly to maintain their trust. One of his many strengths and greatest indulgences comes from using his expertise to strategize and negotiate in his clients’ best interests, no matter what side of the transaction they are on. His dedication to others is unparalleled.
His personal mantra has always been “to leave the business better than I found it”, and that has served him well.

When Ron is not serving his clients, you will find him spending time with his family. He and wife Shari, have two children and six grandchildren. There is also a good chance you may see him playing in his local Blues Brothers' tribute band Ste. Chapelle Winery or the Idaho Botanical Gardens, catch a glimpse of him at Lucky Peak in his hand-crafted, high-performance boat or in the mountains enjoying the outdoors or spending a quiet weekend with his extended family at their “lodge” in McCall.
